By using OrderStraight Driver, creating an account, or selecting “I Accept & Continue”, the Driver confirms that the Driver has read, understood and agreed to these Terms. If the Driver does not agree, the application must not be used.
OrderStraight is a technology platform for managing delivery operations and providing digital tools to Delivery Companies and their Drivers. Functionality may include delivery-request management, mapping, location, tracking, notifications, records and reporting. Providing the application does not by itself make OrderStraight the Driver’s employer, vehicle owner, or the physical operator of the delivery service.
The Driver uses OrderStraight through the Delivery Company that registers, approves or associates the Driver with its operations. Any operational, contractual or employment relationship between the Driver and the Delivery Company is governed by their arrangements and applicable law. Use of OrderStraight does not by itself create an employment, agency or partnership relationship between OrderStraight and the Driver.
The Driver confirms that the Driver is legally entitled to operate the vehicle used and perform delivery services and maintains all licences, permits, insurance and documents required by law, as applicable. The application must not be used for unlawful activity.
OrderStraight does not guarantee a minimum number of orders, trips or earnings, availability of orders in any area or period, or continued association with any Delivery Company.
Subject to platform functionality and Delivery Company policy, the Driver may switch between Online and Offline status. OrderStraight does not require the Driver to remain continuously Online.
The Driver may accept or decline delivery requests presented through the application in accordance with system configuration and Delivery Company policy. Cancellation, non-performance or reassignment after acceptance may be governed by the Delivery Company’s operational procedures.
The Driver account is personal and may only be used by the registered Driver. The Driver must not share the account, password or OTP, allow another person to use the account or perform deliveries through it, rent/sell/ lend the account, or use another person’s identity or account. Unauthorized use may result in suspension, restriction or termination.
The Driver must provide accurate and current information, which may include identification, driving licence, Driver photograph, telephone number, vehicle information, vehicle registration, insurance, licence plate, permits and other legally or operationally required documents. The Driver is responsible for their accuracy and continuing validity.
Required documents must be renewed before expiration. The Driver may be prevented from going Online or accepting deliveries where a required document has expired or is no longer legally valid.
The Driver must use the vehicle registered and approved under the Driver account. Another vehicle may only be used after completing the applicable approval process.
OrderStraight or the Delivery Company may use verification measures for security and fraud prevention, including telephone/device verification, OTP, Driver photograph, live selfie, vehicle/licence-plate checks and periodic or random verification. Where biometric matching is used, a separate notice and consent will be presented when required by law.
Certain functions depend on location data. Driver location may be processed to identify nearby Drivers, dispatch requests, provide navigation, track arrival at pickup, track trips, enable Delivery Company/merchant/ customer tracking where enabled, and support security and fraud prevention. Location is processed according to the Privacy Policy and user permissions.
Fake GPS, GPS spoofing or any technology intended to falsify location information or defeat locationverification controls is prohibited.
The system may display limited information before acceptance and may hide details such as merchant name, delivery address, customer information, COD amount or distance according to system configuration and Delivery Company policy. Necessary delivery details may be displayed after acceptance.
OrderStraight may record operational trip information including acceptance, arrival, pickup and delivery times, location, distance, order status, merchant/customer information necessary for fulfilment, COD amount, delivery fee and related records. Such information may be used for service delivery, tracking, reporting, support, security and operational dispute resolution.
The Driver must comply with applicable traffic and safety laws and remains responsible for vehicle operation and traffic violations according to law. The Driver must not use the phone or application while driving in a manner that creates danger.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderStraight is not responsible for accidents, injuries, violations or physical loss arising from the Driver’s operation of a vehicle or physical performance of a delivery merely because the request was received or managed through the platform. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or liability directly caused by proven wrongdoing by OrderStraight.
For deliveries performed for a Delivery Company, COD and financial settlements are managed under the Driver’s arrangements and instructions with that Delivery Company. OrderStraight does not become the owner or custodian of COD merely because COD information is recorded or displayed in the platform.
The Driver may use merchant/customer data only as necessary to perform the delivery and must not copy, share or use such data for personal, marketing or other unauthorized purposes.
Responsibility for physical loss, damage or delay is governed by applicable law and the arrangements among the Driver, Delivery Company, merchant and customer. OrderStraight’s role within its technical scope is to provide available technology and records.
Use of the application or certain features may be subject to fees or subscription under the applicable plan. Fees and payment conditions will be displayed before the Driver becomes obligated to pay. These Terms do not establish a fixed price.
OrderStraight may rely on third-party Internet, GPS, mapping, telecommunications, messaging, notification and payment services. Such services may experience interruptions outside OrderStraight’s reasonable control.
All OrderStraight software, systems, designs, interfaces, code and technology remain the property of the applicable rights holders. Copying, unauthorized resale, reverse engineering, source-code extraction, hacking or interference is prohibited.
Access may be suspended, restricted or terminated for inaccurate or fraudulent information/documents, account sharing, unauthorized vehicle use, expired documents, fraud, GPS manipulation, misuse of customer information, system abuse, breach of these Terms, Delivery Company instruction, or legal, regulatory or security requirements.
Personal data is processed according to the OrderStraight Privacy Policy. Acknowledging the Privacy Policy is not a blanket consent to every processing activity; separate explicit consent will be obtained where legally required, including for certain location or biometric-verification processing as applicable.
Account, service or Terms notices may be delivered through the application, registered email, registered telephone/WhatsApp number, or another approved electronic channel. The Driver is responsible for keeping contact information current.
OrderStraight may update these Terms. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure or delay in exercising a right does not constitute waiver.
These Terms are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the competent Jordanian courts unless applicable law requires otherwise.
These Terms are provided in Arabic and English. In the event of inconsistency or conflict of interpretation, the Arabic version shall prevail and be binding.
By selecting “I Accept & Continue”, the Driver confirms that the Driver has read, understood and accepted these Terms; confirms the accuracy of submitted information/documents; confirms that only the Driver will use the account; and agrees to comply with applicable law, safety requirements, the Privacy Policy and required inapp consents.
